Thank you for choosing Rephy Spoken English Classes for your language learning journey. We strive to provide high-quality courses and services to our students. If, however, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return and refund policy outlined below:

 

Eligibility for Refund:

 

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the course purchase date.

The course must not have been accessed or completed to be eligible for a refund.

Refund Process:

 

If you meet the eligibility criteria, please send an email to info@rephy.co.in with your name, course details, and the reason for the refund request.

Our team will review your request and respond within 7 business days.

Refund Approval:

 

If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed using the same method of payment used for the original purchase.

Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.

Non-eligibility for Refund:

 

Refunds will not be issued for courses that have been accessed or completed.

Refunds will not be granted after the 7-day refund period has expired.

Terms and Conditions:

 

By enrolling in the "Spoken English Master Class with a Natural Method" offered by Rephy Spoken English Classes, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

 

Course Access:

 

Course access is granted for a duration of 6 months from the date of enrollment.

Payment:

 

The course fee is Rs. 10,000/- after the 16.66% discount. Payment can be made securely through the provided payment gateway.

Course Content:

 

The course includes 183 video lectures, practice sessions, and additional content for personality development.

The course is delivered online, allowing flexibility for learners to access the material at their convenience.

Time Investment:

 

Learners are encouraged to invest a minimum of 15 to 20 minutes daily for optimal results. Extra practice time can be allocated as per individual preferences.

Course Materials:

 

All course materials provided by Rephy's Spoken English Classes are Rephy's intellectual property and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.

Communication:

 

Communication-related to the course, feedback, or support can be directed to info@rephy.co.in.

Updates and Modifications:

 

Rephy Spoken English Classes reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue any aspect of the course, including content and features, without prior notice.

Privacy Policy:

 

Personal information collected during the enrollment process will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy.

Governing Law:

 

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India.

By proceeding with the enrollment and payment process, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

Rephy Corporate Training Center's Spoken English Class



Refund Policy:

 

The franchisee, the prospective franchisee, acknowledges that all fees paid by students for the spoken English class are non-refundable.

In exceptional cases, where the Franchisee cannot provide the agreed-upon services, a refund may be considered at the discretion of THE FRANCHISER.

Course Material:

 

Once purchased by the Franchisee from THE FRANCHISER, course material is non-refundable.

THE FRANCHISEE must ensure the timely purchase of course materials for all enrolled students.

Termination of Services:

 

In the event of termination of this franchise agreement, no refunds will be provided for any fees paid by the Franchisee or students.

Terms & Conditions:

 

Franchise Duration:

 

Renewal is subject to the submission of a renewal application at least 30 days before the expiry. THE FRANCHISER may cancel the franchise if renewal is delayed beyond two (2) months after expiry.

Operational Guidelines:

 

THE FRANCHISEE shall operate from the approved location and seek written approval for any location changes.

The Franchisee should adhere to the guidelines and procedures laid down by THE FRANCHISER for language training programs.

Course Material and Licensing Fee:

 

FRANCHISE LICENCE FEE is 100% waived off for this agreement.

THE FRANCHISEE is required to purchase course material from THE FRANCHISER for each student.

Compliance and Licensing:

 

THE FRANCHISEE shall obtain and renew a trade license at their own cost.

Statutory obligations such as payment of wages, PF, ESI, and other benefits for faculty/employees are the responsibility of THE FRANCHISEE.

Promotional Activities:

 

THE FRANCHISEE must obtain prior written consent from THE FRANCHISER for any promotional materials or advertisements.

Certificates and Identity:

 

Certificates will be issued to successful trainees by THE FRANCHISER.

THE FRANCHISEE should use Rephy Corporate Training Center's identity appropriately and refrain from misuse.

Franchisee Responsibilities:

 

THE FRANCHISEE is responsible for maintaining the secrecy of course materials and the confidentiality of software.

The Franchisee must ensure good conduct and behaviour of students and faculty.

Dispute Resolution:

 

All differences and disputes between THE FRANCHISER and THE FRANCHISEE shall be referred to arbitration in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar(Aurangabad), as per the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1986.

Agreement Modification:

THE FRANCHISER reserves the right to make changes to the agreement, rules, and regulations without prior notice.

 

By enrolling in Rephy Corporate Training Center's Spoken English Class, the prospected franchisee acknowledges and agrees to abide by these Return Policies and Terms and conditions.
