Rephy is an abbreviation for Research & Study Institute of Psychology, Science & Philosophy. Rephy was established in 1998 to study and find the easiest and finest way to develop human resources.
With respect to this development, Rephy has been continuously researching for many years on how to develop personality and change behaviour by working on the thought process.
We conducted extensive research for 25 years on Mind Power and behavioural transformation and 12 years dedicated to studying English language proficiency. Our diligent efforts have discovered a highly effective, natural method for achieving fluency and spontaneous English speaking from day one, ultimately mastering the language in just two months.
Besides this, we are also running a free training mission, under which we provide 400 free courses.
Everywhere in India, people are using grammar, i.e. translation method, to learn Spoken English. But due to translation, they can't speak fluently; the rephy is the only one who did research and developed the "Natural Method" to learn to speak English fluently and spontaneously. Due to the Natural Method, we don't have to make sentences in mind before speaking English, and we can speak from day 1.
With this course we are helping students to develop their academic skills, which include concentration, memory power, grasping power, study stamina, and sincerity. We also develop their emotional quotient (EQ). Since 1998, We have been doing research on mind power, happiness, and personality development, under the guidance of Founder and Cheif Psychologist Prof. Naresh Muley Sir.
