Rephy is an abbreviation for Research & Study Institute of Psychology, Science & Philosophy. Rephy was established in 1998 to study and find the easiest and finest way to develop human resources.
With respect to this development, Rephy has been continuously researching for many years on how to develop personality and change behaviour by working on the thought process.
We conducted extensive research for 25 years on Mind Power and behavioural transformation, and spent 12 years studying English language proficiency. Through these efforts, we discovered a highly effective, natural method to achieve fluency and spontaneous English speaking from day one, ultimately mastering the language in just two months.
Across India, people use grammar, i.e., the translation method, to learn Spoken English. But because of translation, they can't speak fluently; Rephy is the only one who researched and developed the "Natural Method" to help people learn to speak English fluently and spontaneously. With the Natural Method, we don't have to form sentences in our minds before speaking English, and we can speak from day 1.
With this course, we are helping students to develop their academic skills, which include concentration, memory power, grasping power, study stamina, and sincerity. We also develop their emotional quotient (EQ). Since 1998, we have been researching mind power, happiness, and personality development under the guidance of Founder and Chief Psychologist Prof. Naresh Muley Sir.
